We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase. Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order right size as do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered. We kindly advise you to thoroughly review your order and choose your size according to our size guide before completing your purchase. Your understanding of this matter is greatly appreciated. We value the trust you place in us, and we prioritize your health and safety above all.
Shipping
International: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding U.S. holidays and weekends. International shipping is available through USPS for Canada.
US Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery. For all orders outside of the U.S. please use the shipping estimates shown at checkout. Please note that since these are made to order, there is a 1-2 week processing time prior to shipment for non-custom 10 piece nail sets. Custom nail sets may take 2-3 weeks processing time.
